at Formaster

About the company

Present on the market for more than 30 years, Formaster is a Polish company steeped in family tradition, employing almost 400 people.

The company produces, among other things, jugs, bottles and filter cartridges, as well as vacuum containers and instant water heaters. The Kielce-based company supplies products to dozens of countries and boasts a production capacity of several million units per year.

The innovation-focused company became the very first user of T-Mobile Poland’s latest business service, Workspace as a Service.

Customer’s view

We enhanced the ergonomics and efficiency of the workflow, as well as improved access and data security. Not only did the T-Mobile team provide us with the hardware and licences, but also with the deployment support we needed. One could say that our new workstations were comprehensively provided by T-Mobile Polska.

The hardware employed at Formaster was becoming obsolete and needed to be replaced. The company decided to upgrade its workplaces in their entirety. In addition to the purchase of new computers, the company has also planned to purchase additional monitors and docking stations. At the same time, it was decided to standardise the equipment used in the company.

What did the Customer seek?

Formaster sought a business partner which would provide a ready-made office environment service comprising hardware, software and technical support, customised to the needs of professional users. The key objectives of the project involved the latest and most forward-looking technology solutions, ensuring the right level of cybersecurity and the ability – if necessary – to quickly switch to remote working.

Application of solutions and technologies

Workspace as a Service

The Workspace as a Service solution rendered it easy and cost-effective to equip employees with the hardware and software required for their daily work. The hardware was supplied as part of an appealing subscription, extendable to include additional solutions and services.

Contrary to financing through a leasing or credit model, the system does not lead to a reduced creditworthiness of the organisation. Throughout the contract, the Customer can take advantage of technical support and, at the end of the contract, has the option to purchase the equipment used thus far at a net price of PLN 1.

The T-Mobile Workspace as a Service consists of:

  • Dell computer hardware,
  • Windows 11 Professional software,
  • comprehensive technical support,
  • in addition, the Customer can purchase Microsoft Cloud Security solutions and Microsoft 365 software.
